Subscription rates
Memberships are divided into categories based on asset values (or, where asset values are not available, insurance values) of property owned for investment purposes.
- Up to £2m - £130.00
- £2m - £5m - £150.00
- £5m - £10m - £265.00
- £10m - £50m - £360.00
- Over £50m - £430.00
- Professional organisations (or those who find assesment difficult) - £430.00
- Individual Professional member (for sole traders only) - £125.00
- Group subscription for professional firms for up to 5 people - £520.00
